- Modular blockchain momentum with a VC overlay. Data availability layers are the newest infrastructure thesis — venture backing validates which DA projects have institutional credibility.
- Few modular projects pass both the VC and momentum filters simultaneously. Extreme selectivity is a feature: the index holds positions only when conviction signals align.
